Wilma Berneice Jackson, 93, passed away Saturday, May 7, 2022, at her home in Abingdon, Virginia. She was preceded in death by her husband, James W. (Jimmy) Jackson. She attended the Gospel Tabernacle Church Abingdon, Virginia.

Surviving are her three children, Patsy, Sue and husband, Mike, and Stevie and wife, Valerie, three grandchildren, Jimmy French Jr., Christy Burke, and husband, Kevin, and Stephen Jackson and, wife, Amy, five great grandchildren, and three great-great grandchildren; a sister, Mary Blevins; several nieces and nephews.

The family will receive friends Tuesday, May 10, 2022, 1 P.M. to 1:45 P.M. at the Sturgill Funeral Home 310 6 ^th Street NW Coeburn, VA. Graveside Service and Burial will follow at 2 P.M. in the New Maple Grove Church Cemetery Sandy Ridge with Pastor David Robins and Pastor Tommy Kiser officiating.
