WISE, VA.                                    JANUARY 24, 2024

After a courageous battle with a long term illness, Teresa Jane Crouch, at the young age of 63, unexpectedly passed away at home on Thursday, January 18, 2024.

Teresa grew up in Wise County Virginia, loved by so many friends and family. She was full of life with many adventures throughout her life. She kept herself young, she was always well dressed and very beautiful. Teresa was very outspoken, very stern and set in her ways. She did not let anything or anyone get in her way.

Teresa was highly intelligent. She was somebody you didn't want to cross paths with, but once

she had you under her wing she cared and loved you.

She is preceded in death by her parents, Curtis Edward Shook and Shirley Mae Brock;

step-parents, Carl and Bertha Triplett; brothers, Roy Hayward Triplett, Marty Joseph and Carl Eugene Triplett and her husband, John Crouch.

She is Survived by her daughters, Tamberly and Paula; sister, Evelyn Patricia Triplett; nephews, Curtis Triplett and Elwood Triplett; many other great nieces and nephews; her fiancé, Henry Ripple and her 16 year old fur baby (Barkey James). The family wants to give a special thanks to her friends, Damen and Angel Matthews and Anthony and Ann Mullins. You all meant the world to her. Ann was her daughter by heart and would like to share some words about her mom.

were my light and will forever keep my heart lit up with all the love you gave me."

The entire family would like to thank all the friends and family who have shown love and

support to everyone who knows Theresa. We are grateful for your kind words and condolences.

We will remember Teresa for her strong will, her unwillingness to give up and desire to love her family. Teresa will forever remain in our hearts. From your entire extended family, we love and miss you dearly Teresa.
