Tammy M. Dean, 65, passed away on Sunday, December 7, 2025 at the Bristol Regional Medical Center in Bristol, Tennessee.

She was a former employee of K-Mart and Flatwoods Job Corp.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Marshall David Dean; and her parents, Gearld and Phyllis Meade Mullins.

Surviving are her loving children; son, Derek Marshall Dean; daughter, Sarah Caitlin Dean; grandson, Noah Blake Thomas; brother, Jeff Mullins and wife Mary; and a host of other relatives and friends.

A special Thank you to Norton Community Hospital Staff and Bristol Regional Medical Center staff for their loving care while she was there.
