NORTON, VA                                                                                   SEPTEMBER 17, 2025

Stella Diets, 65, went home to be with the Lord on Tuesday, September 16, 2025.

She was of the Pentecostal Faith.

She was preceded in death by her father, Lacey Sexton; mother, Doris Sexton; and granddaughter, Brittany Nicole Williams.

Surviving are her husband of 49 years, Roger Diets; seven children, Crystal Rainwater and husband Terry of Coeburn, Amanda Rutherford and husband Shannon of Norton, Mary Pigg and husband Michael of Coeburn, Roger Diets Jr of Norton, Thomas Diets and wife Amber of Coeburn, James Diets and wife Neakema of Norton, and Jonathan Diets and wife Rashonda of Coeburn; several grandchildren and great-grandchildren; special grandson, Dakota Diets; four sisters; two brothers; and a host of other relatives and friends.

She loved all her grandchildren and great-grand babies. She will be greatly missed and loved.

Funeral services for Stella Diets will be conducted at 7:00 P.M. Friday, September 19, 2025 at the Sturgill Funeral Home Chapel in Wise, VA with Pastor Carla Mullins officiating. Family will receive friends from 5:00 P.M. till time of services at 7:00 P.M. Friday, September 19, 2025 at the Sturgill Funeral Home in Wise, VA.
