Silas "Ray" Osborne, 82, passed away peacefully at his home on Friday, May 19th, 2023.

He was preceded in death by his wife, Betty; his parents, Lura and Corb Osborne; his brother, Gerald Osborne and grandson, Jason Sproles.

Surviving are his children, Linda Faye Osborne of Wise, VA and Ray "Snoop" Osborne and his wife Dreama of Vinton, VA; his sister, Faye Osborne of Wise, VA and his brother, Darrell and his wife Sheila of Wise, VA; 6 grandchildren, Andy, Kristi, Jeremy, Kassidy, Katie, and Mark; 11 great grandchildren, McKenzie, Alijah, Madison, Taylor, Brantlee, Camden, Mason, Kinsley and Kingston; a special little buddy Jensen; a sweet baby girl, Kaislee on the way and a host of other relatives & friends.

The family honored his wishes with no services. He was laid to rest next to the love of his life, Betty, in Wise Cemetery.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made in his honor to: Southwest VA Regional Cancer Center, 671 Highway 58 East, Norton, VA.
