NORTON, VA.                      DECEMBER 21, 2022

Shirley Kay Maggard, 65, passed away Tuesday, December 13, 2022 at Norton Community Hospital.

She was a devoted wife, mother and sister. She was of the Pentecostal faith and a former employee of Double Kwik Markets.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Samuel Steve Maggard, Sr. and her father, Edward Motz.

Surviving are two sons, Samuel Steve Maggard, Jr. and Nicholas Maggard; mother, Shirley McDaniel; sister, Teresa Crouch; nieces, Angel Mathews and Christine Vance; sister-in-law, Delores Freeman and husband Coy; several other nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
