Sharon Louise (Sherry) Riggs, 73, passed away Monday, February 16, 2026, at her home. She was preceded in death by her parents, Robert Kyle Artrip and Jeanette K. Childs Artrip Donelson.

She was owner and operator of the Gifts & More in Norton, Virginia and a member of the Zion Family Ministries.

Surviving is her husband, Richard Riggs, son Shamus (Lisa) Riggs of Charleston, South Carolina, two grandchildren, Jacob and Maddie Riggs, several cousins, nieces and nephews.

The family will receive friends Thursday, February 19, 2026, 5 P.M. to 7 P.M. at the Sturgill Funeral Home 310 6th Street NW Coeburn. Funeral Services will follow in the chapel with Pastor Jonathan Short officiating. Graveside Services will be conducted at 11 A.M. Friday, February 20, 2026, at the Laurel Grove Cemetery Norton, Virginia. Family and friends will meet at 10:15 A.M. at the funeral home to go to the cemetery in procession.
