Roy Edward Clark, better known as Eddie, 70, passed away on Monday, June 3, 2024

Eddie was a hardworking man from driving coal trucks to fixing whatever came through his garage.

He was one of the best mechanics and could fix anything with a motor. He was also an avid fisherman and could catch just about anything.

Eddie was rough and tough but also a kind compassionate man that loved his family and all the animals that came through his property.

Eddie was preceded in death by his mother, Evelyn Clark; his father, Albert Clark; brother, Gary Clark and wife Helen Clark; and his beloved daughter, Crystal Clark Cummings.

He leaves behind his granddaughter/fishing partner, Jordan Smith and grandson, Josh Cummings; two brothers, Johnny Clark and Lee Clark and wife Michelle; two sisters, Susie Roberts and husband Randy and Rhenea Niece and husband Steve; many nephews, a few great-nieces and nephews, several close friends and his favorite kitten "baby".

Visitation for Eddie Clark will be held from 5:00 P.M. till 7:00 P.M. Wednesday, June 12, 2024 at the Sturgill Funeral Home in Wise, VA. There will be no services. In lieu of flowers, memorial flowers may be made to a charity he was proud of https://dreamfightusa.net/donate .
