Ronnie Clyde Freeman, 73, was called home on December 18, 2021, surrounded by his loved ones. He was born in Coeburn, Virginia where he met and married the love of his life, Patty Bell Freeman, of 54 years. Ronnie worked as a coal miner and chief electrician for 26 years and later became a small business owner. While he loved his work, he loved his Savior, family, and friends even more.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Clyde and Verna Freeman and his brothers, Rodney, and Robbin Freeman. He is survived by those that will cherish his memory, his wife, Patty Freeman; daughter's Kimberly Freeman West and Patricia Freeman Sweatt and her husband, Bill; granddaughter, Mazi Olivia West; sister, Rhonda Freeman Edwards and her husband, Greg and several nieces and nephews.

The family will receive friends Monday, December 27, 2021, 5 P.M. to 7 P.M. at the Sturgill Funeral Home 310 6 ^th Street NW Coeburn, VA.
