NORTON, VA.                                      JANUARY 17, 2024

Robert Lee "RL" Shouse Jr., 56, passed away Sunday, January 14, 2024 at the Norton Community Hospital in Norton, VA. To know him was to Love him.

He was of the Christian Faith.

RL was preceded in death by a son, Blake Shouse; Step-son, Steven Caudill Jr.; his parents, Robert Lee Shouse Sr. and Brenda Joyce McCoy Skeens; and a sister, Diane Fourney.

Surviving are his children, Laken, Jade, Leah, Elizabeth, Georgia and Stephanie; several grandchildren; a brother, Stacy Skeens and wife Tonya; three sisters, Becky Stanley, Lisa Ramey and husband James and Crissy Dorton and husband Ryan; several nieces, nephews and a host of other relatives and friends.

A Celebration of Life will be held at 2:00 P.M. Monday, January 22, 2024 at the Sturgill Funeral Home Chapel in Wise, VA with Pastor Jeff Reynolds officiating. Burial will follow in the Laurel Grove Cemetery Norton, VA. The Family will receive friends from 12:30 P.M. till time of services at 2:00 P.M. Monday at the Sturgill Funeral Home in Wise, VA.
