Rita Faye Hensley, 75 passed away Sunday, August 8, 2021 at her son's home in Knoxville, Tennessee. She was preceded in death her by her parents, James G. & Ruth Moore Adams; her husband, David Baker Hensley. She was a retired sales clerk with K-Mart and a member of the Mountain View Freewill Baptist Church.

Surviving are her sons, Mark (Regina) Hensley of Knoxville, Tennessee and Jeff Hensley of Wise, Virginia; two sisters, Judy (Ronald) Stallard of Castlewood, Virginia and Kathy (Keith) Kiser of Saint Augustine, Florida; three grandchildren, Rachel (Jesse) Lindsey, Matthew (Hannah) Hensley, and Katie (Steven) Kendrick; three great grandchildren, Lucas Hensley, Colton Hensley, and Emmett Lindsey; several nieces and nephews.

The family will receive friends Friday, August 13, 2021 12 P.M. to 2 P.M. at the Sturgill Funeral Home 1621 Norton Road SW Wise, VA. Funeral Service will follow at 2 P.M. in the chapel with Rev.
