Pearl Regina Clark Jackson, 60, passed away on Sunday, March 21, 2021 at her home.

She was a very loving and caring wife to her husband, Rick Jackson, whom she cared for during his short battle with cancer. During that time, she also helped care for his brother, Ronnie Jackson, who also succumbed to his illness. Regina loved to sing karaoke with her husband and had won a few contests on her own. Her favorite songs to sing were, "Coal Miner's Daughter" by Loretta Lynn and "I Will Survive" by Gloria Gaynor.

She was that family member who remembered everyone's birthday, anniversaries, and other special occasions and you would more than likely receive a message, phone call or a nice card proving so. She loved her family especially her nieces and nephews, and made sure to show it in some way. Her faith in God was evident as she spoke of it often. She will be missed greatly but will not be forgotten.

Regina was proceeded in death by her husband, Rick Jackson; her parents, Archie Clark, Polly Clark and Luther Clark; sister, Lena Collins; and brothers, James "Nubbie" Clark and Carl Wayne Dean.

Surviving are sisters, Christa and Marvin Craiger of Norton and Susie and Tim Martin of Wise; brothers, Donnie Clark of Grundy, VA and Larry Wheatley of FL; special niece, Tracy LoBiondo; special great-niece, Lilly LoBiondo; several other nieces and nephews; and a host of other family and friends.

You never went by your name Pearl, ever;

Regina you preferred to be called, rather;

You were always a wanderer and explorer that I can recall;

Always going and doing things on your own for a while.

Good times and bad we had;

Our family stuck together, even through sad;

We missed a lot of time where you lived away;

Glad you came back for a short stay.

Caught up on some things and had a few laughs;

Never know where the road leads or what paths;

It's hard to accept that you are gone;

Wish you could still answer your phone.

Regina, you WERE A PEARL my dear;

Always caring and worrying about others fears;

Unique, stubborn, strong and smart;

You had a soft, kind heart.

A heart full of love, faith and hope;

Hoping you are with Rick so you can cope;

This is not goodbye;

It's only, see you later in that heavenly sky. (Love you most)
