Paul James Mullins, 72, loving husband and father, passed away Thursday, June 17, 2021 at the Norton Community Hospital in Norton, Virginia.

Paul was preceded in death by his father, Hurbert Mullins; mother, Stella Mullins; daughter, Gina Kilgore; brothers, Silas Mullins and David Mullins; and sister, Della Wood.

Surviving are his wife, Wanda Mullins; two sons, Eddie Mullins and Joyce and Tony Mullins and wife Megan; five grandchildren, Autumn Mullins, Josh Mullins and wife Rebecca, Brittany McConnell and husband Nathan, DJ Mullins, and Jaxon Mullins; three great-grandchildren, Dean Mullins, Valerie Mullins and Hudson McConnell; sister, Bobbie Hall and husband Charlie and Kay Burke; several nieces and nephews; a host of other relatives and friends, and his church family.

Funeral services for Paul James Mullins will be conducted at 7:00 P.M. Saturday, June 19, 2021 at the Deliverance Fellowship Church, 6305 Union Hall Rd, Norton, VA 24273 with Pastor Mike Hunsucker officiating. Family will receive friends from 5:30 P.M. till time of services at 7:00 P.M. Saturday, June 19, 2021 at the church. Graveside committal services and burial will be held at 2:00 P.M. Sunday, June 20, 2021 in the W. R Mullins Cemetery in Pound, VA family and friends will meet at 1:00 P.M. Sunday at the church to go to the cemetery in procession.
