NORTON, VA                                          JANUARY 6, 2026

Patricia S. Kenney, 73, passed away on Wednesday, December 31, 2025 at her home, surrounded by family.

Patricia was born in Ripley, Mississippi. She was next to the youngest of nine children, three sisters who are deceased, Carolyn Britt of Blue Mountain, Mississippi, Billy Faye Swinford of Mississippi and Lorene Alexander of Mississippi; two brothers, Bud and Ray; and her parents, Leo and Emily Lucille Frazier Swinford.

She has three surviving sisters, Betty Alley of Falkner, Mississippi, Kathy Franz of Walnut, Mississippi and Suzie Clemons and husband Jimmy of Coquille, Oregan.

Patricia was surrounded by family during her passing by her longtime partner for over 25 years, Billy Ray Clemons of Norton, Virginia; her family, Katherine Clemons of Pound, Virginia; three step-grandchildren, Candice Boggs, Cody Boggs, and Clayton Boggs; special nieces, Brenda Webb of Blue Mountain, Mississippi and Beth Britt of Blue Mountain, Mississippi; and sister-in-law, Judy Duncan and husband Michael of Ripley, Mississippi.

Patricia Kenney will be missed by all her family and friends.
