Mary Alice Sexton, 76, passed away Tuesday, November 19, 2024, at her home. She was a retired employee of the St. Mary's Hospital working in Housekeeping and Laundry. She was preceded in death by her parents, Emory & Catherine Castle; her daughter, Sharon Renee Sexton Bolling, grandson, Jonathan Sexton, and great granddaughter, Sophia Grace Sexton.

Surviving is her husband, Carnie Sexton, three sons, Roger (Reginia) Sexton, Lester Sexton, and Lee Sexton, a daughter, Tammy (Kenneth) Winston; two sisters, Georgia Walls, and Saddie Dalton; seven grandchildren, Christie Sexton, Wade Compton, Cole Compton, Kaylee Sexton, Justin Sexton, Isaiah Sexton, and Jeremy Sexton, several great grandchildren, several nieces and nephews.

The family will receive friends Saturday, November 23, 2024, 1 P.M. to 2 P.M. at the Sturgill Funeral Home 310 6th Street NW Coeburn, Va. Funeral Service will follow in the chapel with the Rev. R.L.
