Martha Linda Puckett, age 73, as resident of Fayetteville, North Carolina, departed this life on the morning of Wednesday, December 8, 2021 at Cape Fear Valley Medical Center.

Linda was born April 19, 1947 in Burdine, Kentucky, the daughter of the late Otis I. and Opal E. Mullins.  She was their second born of their five children. Linda's personal joys included traveling, gardening and reading the Bible.  She had a passion for her family and loved to prepare and host family get-togethers and special occasions.  Linda was of Protestant faith and a faithful servant of our Lord.  She was loved and respected by all who knew her and she will be greatly missed.

Her three sons, Allen Mullins of Jackson, TN, Matthew Bentley of Delton, FL, Adrian Puckett of Ocala, FL and two daughters, Ann Bentley of Ewing, VA and April Plankard of Fayetteville, NC, survive Linda.  Nine loving grandchildren and eight precious great-grandchildren also survive her.

Graveside services for Martha Puckett will be conducted on Saturday, December 18, 2021 at 10:00 A.M. at the Powell Valley Memorial Gardens in Big Stone Gap, Virginia.  Please visit www.sturgillfuneral.com to leave online condolences for the family.
