Margaret Ann Bolling, 84, went to be with the Lord on Sunday, March 23, 2025.

She was born in Benham, Kentucky to Everette and Nealie Dobbs. She lived her younger years in Norton, VA where she graduated from John I. Burton High School.

Margaret lived in Wise, VA for over 50 years, in which 30 of those years she was a successful business owner of Keepsake Frame and Art Gallery.

Margaret was a member of Glamorgan Chapel and a member of Beta Sigma Phi.

Margaret was preceded in death by her husband of 59 years, John Wayne Bolling; her parents; sisters, Jeanette Jones, Betty Fultz Large, and Ruby Proffitt; brothers, Ed Dobbs, Bill Dobbs, and Lee Dobbs.

Surviving are her daughter, Shona Dean and husband Jeff; granddaughter, Sydney Dean; grandson, Landon Hamilton and wife Courtney; great-grandchildren, Hudson, Hallie and Adalynn; sister, Dorothy Beason; and a host of other relatives and friends.

Family will receive friends from 12:30 P.M. till 2:00 P.M. Wednesday, March 26, 2025 at the Sturgill Funeral Home in Wise, VA. Graveside committal services and burial will be held at 3:00 P.M. Wednesday, March 26, 2025 in the Powell Valley Memorial Gardens in Big Stone Gap, VA with Pastor Greg Sergent officiating.
