Loretta Sue Gillenwater, 80, went to be with the Lord Wednesday, March 9, 2022, in the Holston Valley Medical Center Kingsport, TN.

She was preceded in death by her parents, James & Effie Garrett; sister, Gearlene Kennedy, a grandson, Chad Gillenwater, and her husband, Bill Gillenwater.

She is survived by her daughter, Penny Gillenwater; sons, Scott (Mary Lou) Gillenwater, Danny Gillenwater, and Jimmy (Christie) Gillenwater; grandchildren, Daniel Gillenwater, Jasmine Amos, Angelina Gillenwater, and James Gillenwater; several great grandchildren, great great grandchildren; sisters, Jean Sluss, and Jeanette Powers; a brother, J.D. Garrett; several nieces and nephews

Graveside Service will be conducted 3 P.M. Friday, March 11, 2022, in the Wolfe Family Cemetery Dungannon, Virginia with Pastor Doug Trent officiating.
