Kathy Louise Mullins, 72, passed away peacefully after a brief illness on Wednesday, May 11, 2022 at her home.

She was a long time member of Mt. Olive Freewill Baptist Church in Wise, VA., she also attended Mountain Empire Community College and was a licensed beautician.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Edward Oferl Salyer, Sr. and Betty Lou Hall Salyer; two brothers, Monty Clay Salyer and E. O. Salyer II.

Surviving are her loving husband of over 54 years, Gary Ned Mullins; a daughter, Melissa Kozakowski and husband Joe; 2 grandchildren, Gary-Neheimiah and Alyssa-Skye; 2 great-grandchildren, McKenley and Greyson and a host of other relatives and friends. Nanna/Mom was a loving, kind hearted and giving christian mother and nanna.
