Judy Lee Dotson Powers, 79, went to be with the Lord on Monday, May 22, 2023.

She was born to the late Eula and Elmer Roberts of Coeburn, VA, and Kermit Dotson.

She was a member of Pine Grove Freewill Baptist Church in Coeburn, VA for the majority of her life. Judy was an avid shopper who loved to find a deal and share her finds with her family.

She was preceded in death by Eula and Elmer Roberts of Coeburn, VA and Kermit Dotson.

She leaves behind to cherish her memories her husband, Hubert Powers of Coeburn, VA; stepson, Joey Powers of Huntsville, AL; brother, Wayne Roberts (Karen) of Coeburn, VA; half-sister, Pamela Diana Spencer of Powell Valley, VA; niece and nephews, Matthew Roberts (Amanda), Kristen McGregor (Chad), Xander Roberts and Gavin Roberts; great-niece and great-nephew, Sophie Roberts, and Evan Mullins.

She also leaves behind many faithful cousins, including Mack & Sandy Kiser and her faithful cousin and friend, Edna Ring.

Visitation will be Friday, May 26, 2023, 6 P.M. to 7 P.M. at Sturgill Funeral Home 310 6th Street NW Coeburn, VA. Funeral Service will follow at 7 pm. with Pastor Willie Stanley officiating. The burial will be private.
