Joyce Marie Winebarger, 71, passed away Thursday, May 23, 2024, at her home. She was preceded in death by her parents, Marvin and Annie Crabtree, a brother, Jim Crabtree and a sister, Rhonda Palmer.

Surviving is her son, Buck (Jessica) Winebarger of Coeburn, VA., a brother, Bobby Crabtree of Wise, VA., three sisters, Naidell Powers, Dinah Hibbitts, and Sue Lee all of Wise, VA. a grandchild, Kelsey Winebarger, a great grandchild, McKinley Agular, several nieces, and nephews.

The family will receive friends Wednesday, May 29, 2024, 12 P.M. to 1 P.M. at the Sturgill Funeral Home 310 6th Street NW Coeburn, VA. Funeral Service will follow in the chapel.
