Oh Happy Day! On Monday, November 24, 2025, Glenna Ruth Horne, 87, went home to be with the love of her life, Lawrence Horne. Married in 1967 they were devoted to each other.

Glenna was a loving and caring lady. Aunt Glenna and Uncle Lawrence always made time for their nieces and nephews. Spending the night at their house was a real treat!

If someone mentioned that they had a new puppy, Glenna insisted they bring it by for her to see and hold.

She was a precious soul and full of love, she will be sorely missed by us all.

A special thanks to Natasha McDavid, Mary Lou Austin, Judy Pollard, Jennifer Wood, and Jennifer's children, who took such loving care of her. They allowed her to stay in her home as long as she did, and we are so grateful.

Funeral services for Glenna Horne will be conducted at 1:00 P.M. Saturday, November 29, 2025 at the Wise Trinity United Methodist Church, 110 West Main Street, Wise, VA 24293 with Pastor Phillip Bates officiating. Burial will follow in the East Stone Gap Cemetery in Big Stone Gap, VA. Family will receive friends from 12:00 P.M. till time of services at 1:00 P.M. Saturday, November 29, 2025 at the church.
