NORTON, VA.                                    JUNE 9, 2024

Evelyn Bolling Walk, 79, passed away Friday, June 7, 2024, at her son's home in Bristol, Tennessee after a brief illness.

She was born in Norton, VA to the late Rufus and Victoria Bolling.

She was of the Pentecostal faith.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Jesse R. Walk; brothers, Vernoy, Keys, Gordie, Jack, and Tom; and sisters, Peggy Jones and Betty Salyer.
She is survived by her son, Roger Walk and daughter-in-law Rachel of Bristol, Tennessee; three grandchildren, Torey, Kate, and Jonah; two sisters, Annette Stidham and Dolly Dean; and many nieces, nephews, cousins, friends and neighbors she loved dearly.

The family appreciates the doctors/staff at HMG in Norton, VA and Ballad Hospice for their loving care.
Graveside services for Evelyn B. Walk will be conducted at 3:00 P.M. Tuesday, June 11, 2024 at the Powell Valley Memorial Gardens Mausoleum Chapel with Pastor Darrell Bolling officiating. Family and friends will meet at the cemetery for services.
