Elizabeth "Libby" Anne Farmer, 70, passed away Monday, December 13, 2021, in the Heritage Hall Big Stone Gap, VA.

Libby was preceded in death by her parents, Bob & Polly Farmer, a brother Garey Farmer, and a niece, Kelli Farmer Keith.

She was a member of the Old Maple Grove Baptist Church most of her life, moving then to the Friendship Baptist Church Coeburn. She will be lovingly remembered by many. We will rejoice knowing she is with our Lord and Savior.

Surviving is her sister, Karen (Greg) Atkinson of Hendersonville, TN. sister-in-law, Patsy Farmer of Coeburn, VA. nephews, Michael (Shelly) Dunlap of White House, TN. Jeremy (Cindy) Farmer of Coeburn, VA. Landon Atkinson of Philadelphia, PA., and Cody (KK) Atkinson of Memphis, TN. also great aunt and several nieces and nephews.

The family will receive friends Thursday, December 16, 2021, 1 P.M. to 2 P.M. at the Sturgill Funeral Home 310 6 ^th Street NW Coeburn, VA. Funeral Service will follow in the funeral home chapel with Brother Les Ritchie officiating. Burial will follow in the Greenwood Acres Cemetery Coeburn, VA.
