Dustin Allen Ramey, 32, passed away Saturday, July 3, 2021 at the Heritage Hall Health Care in Big Stone Gap, VA.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Carl Junior Ramey and Deborah Juanita Finch Ramey Dandy.

Surviving are three brothers, Harold Junior Ramey, Billy Joe Ramey and twin, Justin Lynn Ramey; sister, Rebecca Seymour; several half brothers and sisters; his guardian and caregiver, Sherry Ramey; special cousin, Elizabeth Williams and a host of other relatives and friends.

Visitation for Dustin Ramey will be held from 12 Noon till 1:00 P.M. on Wednesday, July 7, 2021 at the Sturgill Funeral Home in Wise, VA.
