Diane Mullins, 72, passed away Sunday, December 17, 2023 at the Holston Valley Medical Center in Kingsport, Tennessee.

She was of the Christian Faith. She was the owner and operator, with her husband Lacey, of Go West Ranch and she raised, trained, and showed paint horses and quarter horses.

She was preceded in death by her daughter, Jenny Lee Wampler; her parents, Lonnie and Virginia Hopkins; and a brother, Michael Wayne Hopkins.

Surviving are her husband of 43 years, Lacey Mullins; son, Michael Wayne Yates; three grandsons, Jesse Yates, Miles Wampler and Mason Wampler; sister, Kimberly Short and husband Donnie; several nieces, nephews, and a host of other relatives and friends.

The family will receive friends from 5:00 P.M. till 7:00 P.M. Wednesday, December 20, 2023 at the Sturgill Funeral Home in Wise, VA.
