Debra Kay Adams Osborne, 63, gained her heavenly wings on Tuesday, September 21, 2021.

Debra was of the Pentecostal faith.

Debra was preceded in death by her father, Joe Basil Adams; mother, Flora Mae Adams; brother, Jack Adams; grandmother, Allie Thompson; uncle, Wint Thompson.

Surviving are a son, Billy Lusk of Wise, VA; a daughter, Angela Dickenson Osborne of Duffield, VA; sisters, Paulette Adams Powers of Florida, Alesia Adams Powers of Florida and Sharon Gail Adams Bowen of Norton; a brother, Eddie Joe Adams of Indiana; nieces, Diane Hood of Florida, Denise Burmeister of Oklahoma, Becky Weston of Indiana, Jessica Floyd of Indiana and one special niece, Patricia Bowen part care giver; grandchildren, Alexia, Isaac Hamilton, Lauren Rose Osborne, Katlin Leeann Osborne, Alex Osborne; nephews, Joey Adams, Kenny Adams, Adam Bowen, Shane Bowen and Danny Bowen and a host of other relatives and friends.
