Claude Elmer Fultz, Jr., 52, passed away Thursday, March 31, 2022 at the Holston Valley Medical Center in Kingsport, TN.

He was of the Christian Faith.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Claude Elmer Sr. and Mary Jane Carter Fultz and a sister, Mary Ann Fultz.

Surviving are his sister, Ginger Fultz; brother, Clyde Fultz and wife Lynda and a host of other relatives and friends. A special thank you to all those that helped in any way to take care of Claude.

Funeral services for Claude Fultz Jr. will be conducted at 2:00 P.M. Saturday, April 2, 2022 at the Sturgill Funeral Home Chapel in Wise, VA with Pastor Darrell Bolling officiating. Burial will follow in the Addington-Hensley Cemetery on Rocky Fork in Wise, VA. The family will receive friends from 12:30 P.M. till time of services at 2:00 P.M.
