Charles (Chuck) Vernon Osborne Jr., 63, entered his heavenly home on Thursday, October 20, 2022.

Chuck was an avid Harley Davidson motorcyclist and a machinist that could fix anything.

He is preceded in death by his parents, Vernon and Bessie Osborne; brother-in-law, Jack Starnes and nephew, Phillip Hall.

Surviving are his siblings, Vernetta Bowlin and husband Dympse of Laurel Springs, NC, Phyllis Hall and husband Homer of Wise, VA, Linda Couch and husband Ray of Wise, VA and Marion (Butch) Osborne of Greensboro, NC; nieces and nephews, Ed and Staci Bowlin, Jane and Bob Halsey, Ginger Hall, Christopher and Autumn Starnes, Abbey and Patrick Hamblin and David and Joy Hall; great nieces and nephews, Caleb Hall, Autumn Craig, Mia Hamblin, Emma Bowlin and Chase Hamblin and a host of other relatives and friends.

Graveside services for Chuck Osborne will be held at 1:00 P.M. Sunday, October 23, 2022 at the Laurel Grove Cemetery in Norton, VA with David Hall officiating. Burial will follow. Friends are asked to meet at 12:45 P.M. Sunday at Sturgill Funeral Home to go to the cemetery in procession.
