Carolyn Sue Hopkins Gilley, 74, devoted wife, mother and grandmother, went home to be with the Lord on Friday, March 12, 2021 at the Bristol Regional Medical Center in Bristol, Tennessee.

She was of the Christian Faith and was a retired CNA from St. Mary's Hospital in Norton, Virginia.

She was proceeded in death by her husband, Michael Gilley; and her parents, Kermit and Atta Hopkins.

Surviving are two sons, Mark Gilley and wife Chrystal and Brett Gilley and wife Lisa; daughter, Misty Bendall and husband Glenn; grandchildren, Bryson Gilley, Logan Gilley, Chris Darnell, and Destiny Bendall; two great-granddaughters, Ava Elizabeth and Presley Grace; sister, Sondra McPeck; and a host of other relatives and friends.
