Carol Catherine Reeves Phillips, 85, went home to be with our Lord and Savior in heaven on Sunday, November 21, 2021.

There are no words to describe this beautiful soul, she was love!

Carol was preceded in death by her parents, Eldred and Carrie Reeves; siblings, Elmer, Richard, Ervin, Trula, Blanche, Bernita and Juanita.

Surviving are her husband Claude; sister Mattie; the joys and lights of her life, her six children, Ewing, Ronald, Barbara, Betty, Terry and Melinda; a whole heart full of grandchildren, great-grandchildren, nieces, nephews and a host of family and friends.

Funeral services for Carol Phillips will be conducted at 7:00 P.M. Wednesday, November 24, 2021 at the Sturgill Funeral Home Chapel in Wise, VA with Jim Smith officiating.

The family will receive friends on Wednesday, November 24 2021 from 5:30 P.M. till time of services at 7:00 P.M. at the Sturgill Funeral Home in Wise, VA. Graveside committal services and burial will be held at 11:00 A.M. Friday, November 26, 2021 in the Phillips Cemetery in Norton, VA. Family and friends will meet at 10:30 A.M.
