With profound sadness, yet JOY in Christ our SAVIOR, we announce the passing
of Bobbie Jean Winebarger on March 14, 2022, she was 91 years old and passed away at the Norton Community Hospital Norton, VA. surrounded by loved ones. She was a kind, loving and devoted mother, grandmother, and friend to all, with whom she crossed paths.
She was preceded in death by her lifelong sweetheart of 52 years, Lacy Hubert
Winebarger; their two sons Conley Winebarger and Charles Winebarger and their daughter, Ethelene Winebarger. Surviving children include Glenda Kiser; Barbara Elswick, Denver Winebarger (and wife Diana) and Danny Winebarger (and wife Kathy); brother Doug Johnson (and wife Margaret). She had the honor of serving as a mother/ grandmother to six generations that will forever be impacted by her Christian legacy. Most of all, she valued her faith as a born-again believer in Christ and was certain to always share it with everyone in her family. She was a dedicated and a vital member of Pippin Chapel located on Caney Ridge for over 40 years. Her sweet smile and kindness to all will be dearly missed and forever in our hearts; but we rejoice in the fact, she is reaping her heart's eternal desire.

The family will receive friends Wednesday, March 16, 2022, 12 P.M. to 1 P.M. at the Sturgill Funeral Home 310 6 ^th Street NW Coeburn, VA. Funeral Service will follow in the funeral home chapel with Pastor Denver Winebarger officiating. Burial will follow in the Temple Hill Memorial Park Castlewood, Virginia.
