Billy Ray (Bill) Stout, 66, passed away Saturday, December 10, 2022. He was preceded inn death by his parents, Filmore &Vesta Yates Stout, and a brother, Riley Stout.

He was an employee of McFall Excavating Clintwood, Virginia.

Surviving is his wife, Vicky Stout; two daughters, Morgan Stout, and Amber Jourdan; a son, Travis Walter; a granddaughter, Persephone Preston; four brothers, Robert Stout, Stuart Stout, Johnny Stout, and Jackie Stout; five sisters, Bonnie Stanley, Alice (Tootsie) Stanley, Janice Jenkins, Marie Phipps, and Martha Mullins; several nieces and nephews.

The family will receive friends Thursday, December 15, 2022, 1 P.M. to 2 P.M. at the Sturgill Funeral Home 310 6 ^th Street NW Coeburn, VA. Funeral Service will follow in the funeral home chapel with Pastor Donald Musick officiating. Burial will follow in the Stout Cemetery Sandy Ridge Flat Top Road Coeburn, VA.
