Beverly Sue Witt, 64, left our earthly hands for the arms of our Heavenly Father on Friday, December 23, 2022 and became our Christmas Angel.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Richard Eugene Short Sr. and Mildred Ann Starns Short; siblings, Myrtle Leah Short Stapleton, Shannon Robin Short, Sr. and Nancy Louise Short.

Leaving behind to cherish her memories are her loving husband, Paul David Witt; son, Kennith Ray Bledsoe, Jr. and wife Kristy; grandson, Kody Ray Bledsoe and companion Alyssa; great-grandson, Karson Ray Bledsoe; great-granddaughter, Ensley Paige Bledsoe; step-grandson, Hank Turner and companion Kaylee; siblings, Denver Corneius Short and companion Charma Trout, Richard Eugene Short, Jr. and companion Tammy Renea Short, Joy Melinda Short Compton and spouse Paul and Charles Ray Short; a special place in her heart is a host of nieces, nephews, family and friends.

Funeral services for Beverly Witt will be conducted at 7:00 P.M. Wednesday, December 28, 2022 at the Sturgill Funeral Home Chapel in Wise, VA with Pastor Mike Lawson officiating. Family will receive friends from 5:30 P.M. till time of services at 7:00 P.M. on Wednesday, December 28, 2022 at Sturgill Funeral Home in Wise, VA.
