Anthony Allen Ray "Lil Man" Cooke, 16, passed away Saturday, July 17, 2021.

He was a Junior at Central High School.

He enjoyed music, hunting, fishing, four wheeling, and spending time in the outdoors. He loved being with family and friends.

He was preceded in death by his maternal grandparents, Larry and Andrea Adams; his papaw, Milford Powers; and paternal great-grandmother, Gladys Cox.

Surviving are his father, Anthony Cooke; his mother, Wendy Cooke; brother, Tanner Cooke and wife Brooke; sister, Emalee Cooke; paternal grandmother, Margaret Powers; paternal grandfather, Jerry Cooke Sr. and wife Rosa; uncles, Jay Cooke, Aaron Adams, and Matthew Adams; aunt, Elizabeth Collins and husband Shelton; and a host of other relatives and friends.

Funeral services for Anthony Allen Ray Cooke will be conducted at 11:00 A.M. Saturday, July 24, 2021 at the Sturgill Funeral Home Chapel in Wise, VA with Rev. Jack Blanton and Roger Roberts officiating. Burial will follow in the Laurel Grove Cemetery in Norton, VA. Family will receive friends from 5:00 P.M. till 8:00 P.M.
