Angela Leah Pannell Dean, 65, passed away Saturday, March 9, 2024 at the Norton Community Hospital in Norton, VA.

She will be greatly missed by her family and especially her beloved fur babies. She was an amazing mom, mamaw, sister and friend to all that knew her.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Jerrold Dean; her parents, Carl and Juanita Pannell; and a brother, George Pannell.

Surviving are daughters, Carly Dean Maine and husband Alex of Norton, VA and Vanessa Blevins and husband Larry of Big Stone Gap, VA; grandson, Seth Blevins of Johnson City, TN; four granddaughters, Madison Blevins of Norton, VA, Trinity Blevins of Norton, VA, Zoey Blevins of Big Stone Gap, VA, and Bella Blevins of Big Stone Gap, VA; two great-granddaughters that she adored, Kira Tiana Davis and Luna May Davis of Norton, VA; sister, Debby Roberts and husband Randall of Wise, VA; and a host of other relatives and friends.

Visitation for Angela Dean will be held 5:00 P.M. till 7:00 P.M. Wednesday, March 13, 2024 at the Sturgill Funeral Home in Wise, VA.
