Amanda Savannah (Van) Marshall, 92, passed away Thursday, September 29, 2022, in the Norton Community Hospital.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Henry Cowan & Anna Melissa Hayes Meade, her husband, Phillip D. Marshall, three brothers, Elmer Meade, Wythe Meade, and Clement Meade, a sister, Cosby Carico.

She was a member of the Sandy Ridge Old Regular Baptist Church.

Surviving is a daughter, Diana Colette (Millard) Edwards; a brother, Kenneth (Holly) Meade; two grandchildren, Tony (Regina) Edwards, Robert (Brenda) Edwards; five great grandchildren, Logan Edwards, Lance Edwards, Cody Edwards, Taylor Edwards, Matthew Edwards, three great great grandchildren, Mason Edwards, Davis Edwards, Ryder Edwards, several nieces, and nephews.

Graveside Service will be conducted 11 A.M. Tuesday, October 4, 2022, at the Marshall Cemetery St. Paul, Virginia with Pastor Jason Green officiating.
